Alexycon Voice Studio Policy
•1. Vocal Lessons:
Vocal lessons are available via online: Mac users iChat, or PC users Skpe, or in person to anyone with the means to take lessons. Alexycon Voice Studio (AVS) rents studio space and provides lessons in person during the following days and hours of service located at:

•2. Payment Methods:
Acceptable methods of payment - Go Here: AVS Enrollment. Or in person at end of lesson (upon prior approval) check or cash. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show appointment, the prepaid lesson fee will be forfeited.
•3. Prepaid Lesson Fees/Refund Policy:
Pre-Payment - is due a minimum of 48 hours in advance unless other arrangements are approved by AVS. The following chart displays the current single lesson rates and package pricing for a series of lessons.

Refund - Lesson fees paid in advance are redeemable anytime prior to their expiration date, but are not refundable.
•4. 48-Hour Cancellation, Rescheduling, Tardiness, Holidays, and Wrap-Up Policy:
Cancellation/Rescheduling - Regardless of circumstances, private lessons not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the start time will be charged at full rate. Scheduled appointments can be officially cancelled via email: alexy@alexycon.com or via text message or phone call/voice message: 415.637.4613. If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson may be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a refund will be given. Tardiness - If you arrive late to your lesson, your lesson will still end at its appointed time and there will be no make-up for the loss time. Holidays - Unless prior notice is given by AVS please assume that lessons are scheduled as usual during any holiday. Wrap-Up-Time – All teaching time must end 3 -5 minutes prior to the session’s end to finalize the CD, give final instructions, and for receipt of payment, if necessary. If the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time.
•5. Availability:
Lessons are booked on a first come, first serve basis. When inquiring about lessons, everything possible will be done to fit you in at your convenience, during the hours of service in a timely manner. Lessons can be booked in durations and in a series, as you desire when possible. (See package pricing and policy above.) For those whose schedules change or busy performances, lessons can be scheduled on a weekly basis.
•6. Other Terms and Conditions:
Proof of purchase will be provided via email upon request unless payment is made using Paypal or Paymate. In which cases, you will receive a confirmation email from either of those two payment entities.
All sales are made through Alexycon Voice Studio and are governed by the state of California law to the extent permitted legally. Alexycon Voice Studio is a registered corporate entity in the state of California.
Alexycon Voice Studio reserves to the right to modify the Studio policy at any time.
